Articles and Bylaws
The IUAA's Articles of Incorporation and Code of Bylaws were adopted in 1969, establishing the IU Alumni Association as a not-for-profit corporation. The documents have since been amended several times by the IUAA Board of Managers. The articles and bylaws define the organization's purposes, structure, and governance.
