DeVault Alumni Center
Third Floor
The uppermost level of the Virgil T. DeVault Alumni Center houses many important services. The membership department (1), located at the far west end of this floor, oversees membership campaigns and renewals and coordinates member services.
Continuing east past the stairwell brings you to the publications department (2-3) where six issues of the award-winning Indiana Alumni Magazine are published each year. Publications also assists all departments in designing mailings, flyers, promotional pieces, and logos. Its neighbor, the communications department, produces 50 constituent publications a year, maintains the IUAA Web site, and produces news releases and e-mail messages.
Just past the publications and communications area and to your left (north) is the Alumni Board Room (4), funded by gifts from alumni clubs and constituent societies. This conference room seats 15 people.
As you exit the Alumni Board Room and continue east you'll find yourself in the alumni records and computing services department (5). This department maintains the records of more than 500,000 alumni and friends from all eight campuses. The offices to your left (north) house the management staff for this area. To your right (south) as you leave this area is another work room (6).
Directly ahead and past the stairs at the far east end of the third floor are the offices of the business operations staff (7), responsible for the fiscal affairs of the alumni association. The offices in the southeast corner provide space for the LAN administrator and technology support.
