The Louisville/Southern Indiana Chapter of the Indiana University Alumni Association is the local service arm of the IU Alumni Association made up of alumni volunteers.
Our service area includes Jefferson, Clark, Floyd, Scott, Harrison, Washington, and Crawford counties in Indiana; and Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, and Shelby counties in Kentucky.
The Louisville/Southern Indiana Chapter has been recognized as "Chapter of the Year" for 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2000, 2001, and 2003.

Radio Louisville
Zach McCrite is a sports radio talk show host for ESPN 93.9 "The Ticket" in Louisville and the play-by-play man for Southern Indiana high school sports on ESPN 1450.
ESPN 93.9 "The Ticket" and ESPN 1450 AM are the Southern Indiana/Louisville stations for IU basketball and football and we’re looking for local businesses (preferably local IU alumni) to support our broadcasts by investing in a sponsorship of IU sports and Southern Indiana high school sports as well. Lots of bang for little buck, and your commercials will appear all over our stations, both during games and during the regular drive times. We’ve got packages for all budgets -- big or small -- and still have some limited inventory left on all games.
If your business doesn’t have a radio commercial, we’ll create one for you for no extra charge. This is a chance to publicly sponsor IU sports and Southern Indiana high school sports.

- Provide fellowship and social opportunities for alumni living in our geographic area
- Offer programs that educate and inform alumni
- Promote Indiana University in our community
- Provide scholarships to students and other community services
About the Varsity Club
The local Varsity Club sponsors sports-related events, such as sports luncheons and golf outings. Membership in the Varsity Club funds scholarships for IU’s student athletes.
