How do you verify my eligibility?
- If you have an alumni account, you may authenticate using that.
- If you are a senior who is about to graduate or a current graduate student, you may authenticate using your IU login.

How do I know if I have an IU login or an alumni account login?
- Your IU Network ID is your IU login; it’s the username and password you use to access your IU e-mail account. If you are not sure you have an IU login, or you want to learn more about IU Network IDs, visit the Knowledge Base.
- Your IU alumni account is the username and password you use to access the IU Alumni Directory or to update the information in your official alumni record. If you are not sure if you have an alumni account or you don't remember the login, you can verify by entering your personal information at IU Connect Account Services.

What should I do if I already have an IUAA Live Services account?
If you have already created a Live Services account through the Indiana University Alumni Association, you can proceed to the Live Services login page and sign on using the username and password you created.

Is the lifetime alumni e-mail forwarding service the same as these new services?
No, the alumni e-mail forwarding service is different. It is no longer possible to sign up for the e-mail forwarding service. Existing users can log in here to modify their settings.
