How to get those PDFs
We want to make it easy for you to post online an electronic version of your newsletter. The best way to do this is with a Portable Document Format file, which exactly replicates your publication and can be viewed with the Adobe Acrobat program commonly found on both Macintosh and Windows computers.
Just like HTML files, PDFs can be posted on the Web. We make PDFs for every publication we put together, so if you’d like to have one for your organization's Web site, just let us know and we'll e-mail it to you.
Using PDFs is easier, faster, and better than the old method of acquiring HTML files from our newsletter pickup Web site, which is no longer active. Contact Sarah Preuschl at (812) 855-9896 or sjpreusc@indiana.edu for more information about using PDFs.

Every alumni publication conveys an image. Whether you are writing for or editing your publication, use a consistent style to develop a professional voice and build credibility. We’ll do our best to back you up with our editing.
