Located in Europe and Asia, Turkey is truly the crossroads of two continents. The influence of the many people who have lived and traveled through Turkey can be seen in the art, architecture, music, food, and more. Begin your discovery of this fascinating country in Istanbul -- a mix of old and new, East and West. Continue to the lovely Cappadocia region, the underground city of Kaymakli, and the traditional villages and Byzantine monasteries of the Ihlara Gorge. We will explore the Goreme Valley and the ancient ruins at Ephesus. We will also visit the popular seaside resort of Bodrum, dominated by its impressive Castle of St. Peter, and the quaint fishing village of Gumusluk.
