Give To IU
1854 Society
Your financial support strengthens the IUAA for years to come.
The IUAA is able to provide programs and services to IU alumni thanks to our generous members and friends. Ongoing revenues from the Jerry F. Tardy Operating Endowment promise the same support to future generations of Hoosiers. The endowment is named for Jerry F. Tardy, BS'62, a former IUAA president and CEO who died in 2001.
How you can support the endowment
- 1854 Society: Everyone who gives $1,854 or more to the endowment earns a spot in the 1854 Society, named for the IUAA’s founding on Aug. 1, 1854. Society members are invited to exclusive IUAA events throughout the year. Their names are proudly displayed on a plaque at the DeVault Alumni Center.
- Matthew Campbell Society: Support the endowment through a planned gift or bequest and you’re automatically a member of the Matthew Campbell Society, named for the first president of the “Society of Alumni” in 1854.
