Recruit Students to IU
Talented new students keep IU strong. Help us find them.
Have you met a sharp young person you think would thrive at IU? Take a direct role in IU’s future by recommending, to any IU campus, a student you know who has great potential.
The admissions office will contact them to make sure they have the information they need about academic programs, costs, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities. We’ll also invite them to special events in their area and get to know them personally.

Another way to help? Spread the word about IU to students in your area.
By becoming a volunteer recruiter, you can share with outstanding young people what you know and love about IU. This is a wonderful way to help IU attract top-notch students. And you’ll help spread the word about why IU is a great place to get a great education.
Alumni volunteers assist our admissions offices by representing IU at recruitment events (mainly college fairs), identifying, and maintaining contact with prospective students from the community, and providing feedback to IU regarding materials and activities. No prior experience necessary: Just bring your love for IU, and we’ll provide the training and resource materials.
