Canadian painter Rajka Kupesic was moved by Bloomington's outpouring of love and concern at the disappearance in May 2000 of IU student and beloved daughter, sister and friend, Jill Behrman. Kupesic, whose son attends IU, created the celebratory painting, "Melody of Youth", to express her admiration for the Behrman family, the community and Indiana University.
