IUAA Connects with New Graduates
Grad Fair was held Feb. 20 to 22 on the IU Bloomington campus. More than 1,000 students — soon to be graduates — ordered their caps and gowns and learned first-hand from IUAA staff and SAA volunteers about Commencement and the IUAA. More than 200 students completed an online survey and were entered into a drawing for an IUAA life membership.
Highlights of Survey Results:
- 78% had an excellent experience at IU
- 48% are looking for a job
- 30% plan to attend graduate school
- 78% want professional networking opportunities from the IUAA
- 67% want career services from the IUAA
- 78% prefer to receive IU news and information via e-mail
