Create a University Account

Indiana University Alumni Association members who graduated from IU are eligible to create University Accounts. Even if you already have an IUAA username and password, you will enjoy extra privileges by converting to a University Account.

New user accounts

To register for your new University Account, we will need your last name, date of birth and university id number. Follow these steps:

  1. Find your university id number
  2. Then create your new University Account. Once on the Account Management page, select "create my first IU computing accounts." This process will take about 15 minutes of your time.

Forgotten passwords

If you have already created a University Account, but can’t remember your passphrase, go to Passphrase Maintenance and follow the instructions to reset your passphrase.
