Interview with actor Bruce Dow
"[The Stratford Festival is] kind of like a teaching hospital. … It's a place for research and work, and at the same time we try to keep it practical to what theater is, which is providing entertainment to an audience but also exploring what it is to be a human being — to get out there and tell stories that we all understand from all periods, to get a better sense of who we are and how we fit in the world."
