"Probably the most significant experience I've had here at IU South Bend would be my research experience in the lab of Dr. Gretchen Anderson. It was an experience I never imagined that I would have, you know, at a regional campus and being just an undergrad, but she invited me into her lab and I was able to work on real, live, important scientific research and then able to go present it at a national conference."
