Outstanding IU faculty receive Student Choice Awards

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Five Indiana University Bloomington faculty members received Student Choice Awards for Outstanding Faculty at the annual Spring Recognition Banquet on April 17. The awards are given based on the recommendations of IU Bloomington students.

This year's Student Choice Awards for Outstanding Faculty were presented to:

All IU Bloomington students are eligible to nominate their favorite professors for the award, and the selections are made based on the professors' knowledge, class-presentation skills, rapport with students, and enthusiasm. Three to five faculty members receive the award each year.

The Spring Recognition Banquet is sponsored by the Student Alumni Association at IU Bloomington and IUB's Office of the Chancellor.
