Statement from Tom Martz, president of the Indiana University Alumni Association

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The recent wildfires in Southern California have upset the lives of thousands of people, including some Indiana University alumni. More than 10,000 IU alumni live in the region affected by these devastating fires. At times like these, the IU family comes together. The IU Alumni Association offers its sympathies and support to everyone affected. IUAA’s chapters network will offer assistance and guidance to our alumni who might need help.
