Member Relations
Welcome to Member Relations!
Our goal as an organization is to connect students with other students and with the university. This goal starts with Member Relations.
The broad focus for Member Relations is recruiting and retaining members for the Student Alumni Association. We also concentrate on planning activities that encourage member involvement. We want to help potential members realize how great our organization is by communicating opportunities members have to get involved.
Some of the events that our area coordinates include member meetings, member socials, and Big Red Warm-ups. We are also responsible for creating the member discount card and designing the SAA member T-shirts.
We are always looking for ideas on how to make member meetings and socials better and how we can get more members involved with SAA. If you like meeting new people and Member Relations sounds like something you want to get involved in, I encourage you to check out our membership development committee. The committee works on member meetings, member socials, and Big Red Warm-ups.
