What is The LeaderShape® Institute?

Each session of The LeaderShape® Institute is comprised of approximately 60 men and women, ages 17 to 25, sponsored by various organizations from diverse ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.

Using interactive program methods rather than classroom lectures, everyone is a teacher and everyone is a learner.

The LeaderShape® Institute’s hands-on, multidimensional curriculum is presented by a group of volunteer facilitators. Each facilitator is respected in his own profession, has experience working with young adults, and serves as an excellent role model for the students. In addition, special Guest Leaders, including Fortune-500 CEOs and national leaders in education, government, and the nonprofit sector, spend an evening with participants discussing the tough issues leaders face.

After completing the experience, participants and sponsoring organizations notice a difference in their interactions with others. The LeaderShape® Institute prepares young people to change their worlds by providing the tools needed to achieve new insights, improve relationships, build more effective teams, and ultimately enhance society.
