These eight goals will intersect with recommendations of six teams of engagement, which were formed by the IUAA to establish plans of action for assisting the university. Several of these goals and plans for action are already under way and others are in the planning stages. The document that follows summarizes the history of the IUAA, briefly describes the background leading to this document, details the process that was followed, and sets forth action steps and indicators of progress.
