Lodging

Stay in the heart of campus! A block of rooms at the Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel & Conference Center is reserved just for you. To reserve, call 812-855-2536 or 800-209-8145 and mention code Alumni16. Most of the reunion events happen at the Union, which makes it a convenient place for you to stay.

An additional block of rooms at the off-campus SpringHill Suites has also been reserved for you. To reserve a room there, call 812-337-7772 and mention code 50th/60th IU Alumni Reunion. You can also book directly online through the SpringHill Suites website.

We have also added an option to reserve a room at the Hampton Inn. These can be reserved directly online.

For those staying at SpringHill Suites, the Hampton Inn, or another location, you can drive to campus for the reunion events. See below for parking information.

These blocks of rooms are available now. Space is limited, so reserve early.

Parking

The Union has two pay lots. (Lot 1 is located immediately to the east of the building. Lot 2 is located to the north, just across Seventh Street.)

If you’re staying at the Union, parking is complimentary. For those not staying at the Union, you may purchase a Union parking pass for either of its two pay lots. The cost is $20, which covers the entire weekend. You can purchase the parking pass as part of the reunion registration.

Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Poplars Parking Garage (three blocks west of the Union). The cost is $12 per car, per day.

Schedule

The final schedule with event locations will be provided at the beginning of the reunion weekend at the Reunion Welcome Center in the East Lounge of the Indiana Memorial Union. Transportation will be provided to any scheduled events held outside of the IMU.
